One of the best Pizza places in America. Not an exaggeration. The perfect ambiance for a fun meal and top quality ingredients. Having recently moved my family away from the area, Scratch Pizza is honestly what we miss most about East TN.

Well i was there a few years in back..good pizza. Now the ordering sydtem is onerous..they do not have a signature pizza .. no supreme or meat lovers or vegetarian ...their sauce was so sweet.. it was sugary. No bite.. the toppings were sparse. .couldnt find a piece with every topping on it..peppers sliced. Not diced..... ..worst pizza in j.c..id compare it to civis...

Yes, their 10 inch pizza can be made gluten free. The others might too but I definitely know the 10 inch can be made that way.

I want that recipe! I thought I liked pesto after trying theirs, until I ordered pesto at another restaurant. Nope I don't like pesto, I just like their pesto.
